Netech is looking for a self-motivated, polished individual that is not afraid of tracking down opportunity where others see none. A prime candidate for this position has a proven track record of over delivering on quota and is a quick learner. Technology is an ever changing field and a BDM for Netech must be able to quickly adapt to these trends. To be successful one must utilize a multipronged approach focusing, on but not limited to: cold calls, marketing events, mailers, webcasts, trade shows, and presentations. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to win every day, you will be well-rewarded at Netech. In this roll, you will be working closely with Cisco, EMC, NetApp, VMware, Dell, and RSA. Coordinating with these partners’ inside and outside sales teams, your focus is to drive pipeline, with the ultimate goal of growing Netech’s revenue and customer base.

  Exceeding quota on a weekly basis Finding, forming, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to achieve quota Become ingrained with our partners, both inside and out to, ensure that Netech has top of mind presence Understand Netech’s company culture and become the face of that culture to new clients Initiate market strategies and coordinate specific actions to influence the market Proactively develop laser focused demand generation campaigns Listen to clients and understand their needs Build internal work relationships by enabling effortless and ongoing collaboration Support and lead your team Other duties as assigned by management     Qualifications Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in a technical industry with relevant experience in demand generation and new account acquisition Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited learning institution Strong and measurable track record of sales success in a highly competitive environment Strong market knowledge focusing on key metropolitan areas in Ohio The ability to qualify opportunities over the phone, gathering pertinent intelligence to shorten sales cycles Impeccable oral and written communication skills Adept at Microsoft Office and traditional account management tools Ability to travel as needed A positive attitude that is both motivating and contagious
